Don't drive three hours to let the cable guy in. Book me by the hour to wait at your property for any contractor, delivery, repair tech, cleaner, or inspection. I'll meet them, provide access, keep an eye on the work, lock up when they're done, and send you a quick photo update so you know how it went. One-hour minimum.
